MEET THE FOUNDEr

Hey, I'm Dr. Brendan Lynch, DPT.

I started Lynch Solutions, LLC with the goal of helping athletes who have had ACL repairs rehabilitate from their injury and return to their sport with full confidence. As a physical therapist, I have seen countless athletes have had to stop their rehabilitation process early due to insurance and financial limitations, time constraints, and quite frankly, medical professionals who did not have their athletes follow the proper steps to return to sport. Sadly, this can lead to high chance of re-injury. At Lynch Solutions, LLC, I aim to eliminate the restrictions that would cause an athlete to not be able to complete the rehabilitation process so that they can return to their sport and hobbies at full health and minimize the chance of an injury.

I have had my own experience with ACL injuries, having suffered a complete rupture during high school. Six months after surgery, I went back to playing hockey and almost immediately re-tore it. Today, research indicates that an athlete who has had ACL reconstruction should not return until 12 months post surgery. My experience is what inspired me to pursue physical therapy as a profession. I received my degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been working as a physical therapist since. During that time, I have seen the broken medical system do an injustice to countless patients, including those who are recovering from an ACL reconstruction. Typically, insurance companies will only pay for 3-6 months of therapy post surgery, leaving many people who are recovering from ACL reconstruction having to complete the rest of the process on their own.

This is where I come in. With my program, you will receive week by week customized exercises and guidance to help you complete the proper steps of the recovery process so that you can return to your sport with full confidence and low chance of injury. Communication can be made with direct messages and video chats to check your progress and answer any questions you may have about the program. Exercises can be done on your own time and will be progressed when you are ready to progress, not just because a piece of paper told you to.
